The Backend is a coaching and training program focused on helping closers, setters, and agency owners partner with online coaches. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and execution of the strategies taught.

3. Payments & Billing

All fees for the program are displayed on the checkout page and are charged as described at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you have a billing concern, contact us at hello@thebackend.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through the Service are owned by The Backend LLC and are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share program materials without written permission.
